Instructions :
Choose your shortcut key, your weapons and your equipment, then click on the "generate script" button. Your buy script will appear into the script box 1. Examine it and, if you like it, click on the "add to the script box 2" button. If you want, you can modify manually the script. Now, click on the "select script to copy" button then copy and paste the script box 2 content into your "userconfig.cfg" file, except the line : (bind "key" "item") which goes in the "config.cfg" file. If the "userconfig.cfg" file doesn't exist, you must create it (with the Windows Notepad), and save it in the "\cstrike" directory or "\cstrike_Your-Country" which could be found here : "[Drive]\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\your_e-mail\Counter-Strike\Cstrike\"
or there : "[Drive]\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Your_e-mail\Counter-Strike\Cstrike_Your-Country\".
Copying aliases in "userconfig.cfg", avoid overloading your "config.cfg".
